Tall Timber Group has published the Pittsburgh Homebuilding Report since 1995 and continues to be the only service in western PA that makes monthly inspections of the housing permits at the municipalities throughout the six-county metropolitan Pittsburgh market. The Homebuilding Report is emailed during the first few days of each month to firms who need to know where the homes are being built and remodeled in the area and who is doing the construction. At the end of each quarter reports are also sent out that report on the top municipal markets and the top builders by county for both single family detached and attached housing. If you are selling to the residential construction industry or just trying to keep track of your share of the market only one source of information allows you to identify each new home in the region while construction is getting underway.
